I used to have all the time in the world to hit the gym, eat healthy and take care of myself. Ever since i started my new job as a front desk receptionist at a beauty salon ifound less and less time and energy to do anything, specially go to the gym. Also my eating habits were horrible, therefore i started to gain weight, and fast. I found Randa,the grand salon in brea,ca, on a discount coupon magazine from the city i live in (Fullerton, CA) i was originally interested in having endermologie along with body wrap sessions, which she also had great packages for, but after a good solid talk we decided on VelaShape and I'm beyond happy we did! The first session was a bit uncomfortable, but hey who's used to having they're stomach sucked on with a hot lazer?! Lol... Anywho, i was a bit swollen for a couple of days, which was nothing compared to the results... The following sessions were a breeze, yes there still some swelling but like i said, it goes away and the results are amazing!!! I'm already scheduled for the next 3 months :)

The staff I worked with for my Velashape consult were brutally honest about the expectations and limitations of the treatment. They informed me that it works best on very active people, and since I run about 20-30 miles a week, I figured I would fall into that description. My first treatment HURT LIKE HELL!!! I am having it performed on my inner thigh, which, they warned me, is the most sensitive area. The technician offered to turn down the setting when she saw me clenching the table and gritting my teeth, but I refused in order to get maximum results. With just one session, I have already noticed results. Thus far, I believe it works - but under perfect conditions (ie. you must have very low body fat to begin with). Hopefully, the results will be more dramatic, but we shall see.

I am quite pleased with the results of Vela treatment. The first section was remarkably PAINFUL - the laser was hot hot hot! It felt like hot roller on my legs and butt. I bruised horribly after it, my whole legs were black and blue for a week.
The next session was less painful - my body was toughening out.
After six sessions, I could see real results: my legs were definitely smoother. let me be clear: my thighs and butt are never going to be egg-smooth, like those of a 16 year old girl on TV. But - they were much smoother, tighter, and slimmer (I lost 1.5" from each leg), than they were before.
The results lasted 2.5 years - but eventually my thighs and butt sagged and wrinkled again.

I heard about vela shape, i have cellulite on my thigh and butt, i was happy with the place & technician and was very positive about the result, i did not notice any improvement, after my 4th session i notice some different on my thigh and butt more dimbles than usuall and more curves on my thigh than usual, first i thot i am mistaken i keep observing my self infront of the mirror day nd night i was right i called the salon nd informed the technican am not going to continue because i have more dimble now, am very disappointed for what happened i am worst than before, i would not mind if i got no result but to go worst, my thigh and butt were much firm than now, i dont know what is the reason, i would like some expert to explain it to me pls.

After having 3 babies and unable to shed the loose skin and "muffin top" around my abs even from exercise, I decided to give Velashape a try. But was it ever a bad decision! The promo videos that I saw had a lady who was getting her thighs treated. Smiling, she said, it's like a "warm massage" and there's no pain. Yeah right!! My treatment only last 20 mins as I couldn't stand the pain anymore. The vacuum was pulling so hard that my skin was getting raw and bruised. It was so uncomfortable and I was sore for days afterwards. Not recommended! Back to old fashion crunches for me.

i have always suffered from cellulite and yes im a size10...a great body but poor legs .I had tried creams ,endermologie and then heard of Velshape.
I went to a great medical clinic and had a really great consultation and my treatment has started.
after 4 weeks my legs have definitely improved my husband even noticed.
The treatments take about 40 minutes and the ladies are very knowledgeable .
I have 2 other friends who have had treatments at the clinics and they say the same...great clinic great results and they really have made such a difference with VELASHAPE.......
My maintenance will be a treatment once a month for 3 months and then i expect 3 treatments a year .....

Didn't work for me at all - they measured my neck and chin - I got talked into taking 9 treatments of velashape and they told me I needed the skin tightening too so another 12 treatments of that - just finished last week - what a waste of money - they measured my neck mid point and at the end - only they must have thought I was dumb - as they just held the tape measure tighter and tried to tell me I lost an inch and a half - I look exactly the same as I took before and after photos - should have done the liposuction on my neck at least I know that works!!!

I went for 5 treatments & my chin/neck area looks the same. I don't know if my technician did it correctly. She only used it for 5-10 minutes each session. I am very disappointed. It has been 2 weeks since my last treatment. First she told me I would see results immediately. Then she kept commenting that I was tightening so fast & she couldn't get the right suction. At the last session she told me to give it time it could take up to 3 months to see results which was a contradiction to her previous statements. I see no change at all.

I was very impressed with the results I got so far from my first two velashape treatments. The changes are already visible and my skin is smoother and more toned. Plus, I had no bruises and I only felt a mild discomfort during the whole procedure. It was more like a pleasant massage. The technicians at the clinic were extremely nice and they knew what they were doing. I feel a lot more confident and less fatty. And the "cottage cheese" appearance is nearly gone so I’m very excited. I definitely recommend velashape treatment to anyone that wants to look more toned using a non-invasive procedure.

With my first pregnancy, I started to notice cellulite on my thighs and butt and at first, it didn’t bother me. After I gave birth, and it still didn't start to go away, I really started to feel more and more aware of it and so I searched for a way to get rid of it. I talked to my doctor and they told me about Velashape because it’s non-invasive, and after having a c-section, they know I don't want to have to go under. One of the nurses explained that it uses light, massage and a vacuum technique. I don't really know the science behind it, all I do know is that I saw results after just two sessions, and I still have 8 more treatments to go! It was totally worth the expense, because I feel a lot more confident.

I questioned lack of results after the first visit and continued to question lack of results with every visit. I was told that it took some people longer than others to see results. It was only on the last session that I was told it simply did not work for some people. If I had not expressed concern from the first session, I might feel differently. I should have been informed about the situation upon my first expression of concern. I would have canceled the procedure right then.

Thare are so many negative reviews about this treatment that I almost passed on this chance to get rid of old baby fat. In just 4 tx., I am back down in a size 8. I went in and had 2 velashape treatments done after I saw the Kardashian's show where Kim told everyone that was how she got rid of her cellulite.
They tried to get me to buy a package but I decided to try it out first.
My results are so so. I can definitely still see cellulite, but it looks better than it did before the treatment. I may have to go in for more sessions to get the look that I am hoping for.

I recently heard about this "amazing new cellulite treatment" from one of my girlfriends. She saw an article about it in a magazine and then we heard about it on the radio so we thought that it probably had some credibility. We went in together and each had 6 treatments preformed about a week and a half apart. After the 4th treatment I really hadn't seen as good of results as I was hoping for but I thought that I would wait it out and see. Now after 6 I can say that I will not be going back. Although my stomach is a little bit smoother, I don't fell like it looks as good as it should for what I spent.

I work out about 4 days a week and eat healthy but I have never been able to get rid of the cellulite that I had on the front of my thighs. I consulted a doctor and we decided that Velashape was a good procedural fit for me as I needed something that was non-invasive with no down time.
I have finished 2 treatments now and am already noticing that my thighs look a little bit smoother. So far I am pleased with the results that I have gotten.
