I have just past 4 weeks after my treatment and am already seeing results. I actually went back to the clinic for measurement and it showed a 2.5cm reduction in my waist circumference already. No wonder my pants are getting loose! The doctor said full results will be seen after 8 - 12 weeks, and I can't wait to see it then. I had some minor pain during the treatment, maybe one in every 10 zaps or so. Nothing intolerable. And I didn't take any pain medication. After the treatment there was some bruising and my tummy felt like I had done 200 sit ups for a few days. But other than that there was no restriction on any of my activities. I have been working out for the last few years trying to get rid of my stubborn belly and am happy that something finally works!

I was very impressed with the results I got so far from my first two velashape treatments. The changes are already visible and my skin is smoother and more toned. Plus, I had no bruises and I only felt a mild discomfort during the whole procedure. It was more like a pleasant massage. The technicians at the clinic were extremely nice and they knew what they were doing. I feel a lot more confident and less fatty. And the "cottage cheese" appearance is nearly gone so I’m very excited. I definitely recommend velashape treatment to anyone that wants to look more toned using a non-invasive procedure.

Smoothshapes was a great thing to do because it really changed my life. Because of the cellulite on my body, I started to feel really bad about myself. My doctor suggested I should try it and see how I liked it. After the first two sessions, my skin became smoother and tighter and I can already start to see the difference. Each visit didn’t take longer than 25 minutes. Every time it felt like having a mild massage. I had no redness or bruises on my body and the great thing was that I could go back to work afterwards. I’m really glad I chose smoothshapes because I already feel different about how I look and it makes me feel like I'm on the path to looking better! Definitely recommend it!

The pain associated with this treatment was unbelievable. I realize now that the technician wasn't operating the machine correctly. My abdomen did not always make full contact with the device. And it was clear from her reaction that the pain involved was not uncommon.
3 passes were planned, but I was unable to to complete even the first.
I would strongly urge anyone considering this to reconsider. I very much regret the expenditure and am very upset about the pain it caused.
